Show your home screen!

Hey VIPs,

Due to a great conversation I had with Subliminal5oh2 I wanted to create this post for the community. I know some of you are all about customizing your device whether it's Android or an unlocked iPhone.

Show us what your current home screen looks like or a screenshot of one you had in the past.

Feel free to list off the details such as custom launcher, icon packs and apps you keep on the home screen.

I'll go ahead and kick it off.

Moto X - stock

Custom Launcher: Aviate (I never thought I'd get into those but I love this). I'm using the transparent theme.

Icon Pack: Minimalico

Apps from left to right:  Hangouts, Swarm, Chrome, Gmail, G Maps, Instagram, FB, Camera, GPS, NHL Gamer center, ESPN Fantasy, Tapatalk and Google's new Inbox.

Thanks again for the idea, Subliminal.

Now, show what us what you're rocking!

Best,

Ryan

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 stock, running apex pro on Android 4.4.4

Incredibly smooth experience, and I was able to uninstall (or disable) the bloatware I didn't want. So plenty of room!

Edit - still hunting for some widgets that I like. So far. Minimalistic text and 1 weather are the only ones I like. Uccw is wonderful but I haven't installed it yet!

Indeed. And it just overlays the icon on a similar background to still match. I like it.

Edit- the icon pack is called Voxel, free from the playstore.

I've changed it again! That last icon pack, while very nice wasn't as expansive as I needed. (running 200+ apps on one device)

So here's the new result.

The cool thing about this Icon pack, if the icon isn't in, it will overlay a bubble on the app anyway, so it still fits the theme, also, it creates the illusion of more space on the screen, which I love!

Edit - this one is the kinux icon pack available free on the playstore. Ran with apex pro, with notifier, and dash clock widget.

They were indeed, (GO GIANTS!) And that is actually a pretty modest amount, usually when I wake up the bar is full lol, it does drive me insane though. I cannot hit the clear button fast enough lol

That type of human behavior is great. Like when people have the voicemail icon on there for ever... there is no way in hell I could do that. My notification bar needs to be clean and tidy.

What an end to the world series BTW. I live in SF and the city went mental last night!

Indeed. Usually the only reason I check my voice-mail (because let's be honest unless it's a work phone people call and you don't answer they are just going to text you) is to get rid of that notification. It's my bane, simply because you can't simple clear it, you actually have to check it.

Interesting to see you have SK on your home screen.. is that just because you like the logo? hehe.

That icon pack is pretty smooth.

The icon pack is Voxel, pretty impressive. The SwiftKey app is there because I find myself checking locations of settings and such for feedback here, so it's just there to make it easier to access. I've got a LOT of apps on my phone so it makes it easier to find.

I was lucky and on last week I bought a new SGS 4 i9505 at price of a few cents due to an error on a sales site in my country.

This article is about me( Vlad Paul), read it using google translate http://stiri-telefoane.mobilissimo.ro/retaileri/modelele-samsung-galaxy-s4-resigilate-cumparate-cu-1-leu-de-la-emagro-au-inceput-sa-soseasca-surpriza-unele-sunt-modele-noi_24299.html

Now i have installed Swiftkey on 3 devices: LG G2, SGS 4 and Nexus 4. ;)
